Our subscription wellness plans are intended for maintenance wellness only. i.e. current and returning patients. Individuals and new perspective patients with existing injuries or conditions requiring evaluation should consult with our staff members or book an appointment by clicking here.
Payment: Subscription Wellness Plan fees are due on the first day of each month and are non-refundable.
Usage Policy: Unused treatments do not carry over to the following month and will be forfeited if not used within the current month.
